Mark Earnest serves as the Chief Operating Officer and is one of the founding members of Instrumental Identity. He brings over 25 years of experience in the Identity Management field, including more than 20 years as a consultant specializing in Identity and Access Management. Before co-founding Instrumental Identity in 2011, Mark worked as an IAM consultant with Entology and PwC. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the Identity and Access Management Program at Penn State University, where he helped shape foundational IAM practices.
